About Mt. Hood Volleyball Club

We trust that you will find our club to be a positive and competitive enviornment where your daughter can develop as a volleyball player while gaining valuable life skills at the same time.

Practices

  • One to two practices per week depending on the team.

Tournaments

  • One to two tournaments per month on Saurdays or Sundays.
  • The season begins in January and ends with regionals in April.
  • The higher level teams do travel.

Coaches

  • The coaches have been with MHVC from five to seventeen years.
  • They are accredited and most do or have coached at the middle school or high school level.

Volleyball Festival

If your daughter plays on a long season team then they will participate in the Volleyball Festival, a week long tournament in Reno, NV the end of June.

Cost

  • The costs of the Club vary depending on the team, the travel, and tournament fees.
  • All information will be given at tryouts in November.
  • Base costs vary from $400 to $800 depending on the number of practices and tournaments.
  • Travel costs are in addition to this base fee.
